Technical Support Representative - Bothell WA >>
Job Description:This position will provide Element DataSystem support services to our customers under annual maintenance agreements. The Technical Support Representative responsibilities include:
- Understand customer laboratory operations and expectations of LIMS software.
- Have the ability to conduct in-depth training on the use of Element from on off site location.
- Develop training curriculum for Element and other products as neededs.
- Continuously improve the support process for all of Promium’s products and services.
- Resolve any support issues quickly and effectively with the customers.
- Maintain strong oral and written communication skills at all times.
- Work with the Implementation and Development departments to resolve installation and feature programming issues expediently.
Requirements:

- A degree from an accredited university in a science field, preferable biology, chemistry, environmental science. Pertinent work experience may be substituted for some educational requirements.
- Directly pertinent experience in a testing laboratory, with Element DataSystem experience HIGHLY preferred.
- Experience working with computer networks, database management or creating and correcting software code.
- Proven proficiency in performing quantitative testing procedures used in environmental testing laboratories utilizing current regulatory methodologies.
- Established experience with and knowledge of EPA QA/QC protocols.
- Outstanding customer service and inter-personal skills.
