Chief Executive Office, Founder
As CEO, Scot provides the vision and leadership for the company but as a self-described "knowledge alchemist" he also serves as chief customer advocate. His passion for meeting customer needs is based on a background as a chemist and lab owner, having spent twenty years in the testing industry. Prior to Promium, Scot founded North Creek Analytical, one of the largest environmental testing laboratories in the Northwest, and was an Executive Vice President at TestAmerica.
President & Chief Technology Officer, Founder
As co-founder, President and CTO of Promium, Buddy is the architect of Element DataSystem and is responsible for the technical vision and product development. As a former chemist, gifted teacher, and user of laboratory information management systems, Buddy applies a thorough understanding of how information flows through the lab. With over twenty years in the testing laboratory business, Buddy has served in virtually every leadership role in the laboratory.
Director of Development
As Director of Development, John manages day-to-day activities of the development team. Combining fifteen years work in testing and engineering laboratories with over 10 years of web and software development experience, he brings a broad range of technical expertise to the position. Under John's guidance, the development team is responsible for integration of new features as well as development of new software products and web-based applications.
Director of Product Implementation
As Director of Product Implementation, John manages the installation and implementation of all Promium products. In addition to working as an implementer, John has also worked in the Customer Support organization and has a broad understanding of customer needs and product capabilities. Prior to Promium, John worked for over seventeen years as an analyst and LIMS administrator in several environmental testing and research laboratories.
Director of Support Services
As Director of Support Services, Bruce is responsible for managing interaction with customers who require assistance with Promium solutions. Bruce has also been an implementer and user of LIMS, giving him a deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for resolving issues. Prior to Promium, Bruce spent over sixteen years working in environmental testing laboratories in various roles including analyst, technical director and lab manager.
Director of Marketing
Andy is responsible for developing marketing strategies and program execution. With over fifteen years of experience marketing business applications Andy understands the importance of solutions that meet customer needs and deliver results. Prior to Promium, Andy was Director of Marketing at LexisNexis, and also held management level positions in marketing and operations with companies in the enterprise software, medical device and telecommunications industries.
