Promium customers considered most productive labs.

Two of the top five use Element DataSystem LIMS

BOTHELL, WA, June 2, 2009 - Promium, LLC announced today that two of the top five most productive environmental labs in the country use the Element DataSystem LIMS.

According toThe Steve Maxwell/ELWR 2009 Lab Survey and Analysis published in the May 2009 Environmental Laboratory Washington Report, Spectrum Analytical and Weck Laboratories are two of the top five most productive labs based on revenue per employee. The report attributes the operational success in large part to "...automated lab data management systems as the critical cornerstone for improved productivity."

"We congratulate our customers on the success they have achieved and we are very proud that Element DataSystem LIMS played a role in that success," said Scot Cocanour, CEO of Promium. "Most of our team has worked in the laboratory so we have a deep understanding of the work flow and analytical procedures. This gives us an advantage in designing a product that is intuitive and has the functionality labs want in order to improve productivity."

In addition to some of the most productive labs, of the fifty largest labs by revenue, according to the Maxwell Report, more than twenty-five percent are also Promium customers. Promium offers configurations of Element that support an unlimited number of users.
