Promium to help fund restoration of Gulf Coast wildlife and wetland

Promium, LLC announced today that a portion of proceeds from a campaign targeted at testing laboratories located in the Gulf Coast states will be contributed to help fund the restoration of the Gulf Coast wildlife and wetlands devastated by the recent oil spill. Promium will donate up to five percent of the value of the LIMS software revenue generated from the sales to analytical laboratories in the Gulf Coast states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida as part of this specific campaign.

Promium celebrates ten years of improving lab operations with LIMS software.

Promium LLC has announced that the company achieved a major milestone in celebrating over ten years of serving the testing laboratory community with LIMS software and services. Back in 1998, former chemists, analysts and lab managers assembled the components of an information management system. That system was commercialized as Element DataSystem. and has now been installed in over two hundred laboratories across North America and Asia with over three thousand users.

Earthsoft and Promium announce collaborative agreement.

Earthsoft, the leading environmental data management company, and Promium, the top environmental LIMS systems vendor, today announced a collaborative agreement to automate the transfer of data from the field to the lab to the datamanager, thereby establishing a seamless workflow solution. This new work integrates EarthSoft's Sample Planning Module (SPM), Promium's Element DataSystem LIMS, and EarthSoft's EQuISData Processor (EDP), three widely used applications.
