Element ClientConnect: Web-based access
Element ClientConnect is a powerful and flexible web-based communications tool that gives your clients quick and easy access to sample data and test results--improving customer satisfaction and reducing your costs. For commercial labs, Project Managers can now spend less time answering the phone and more time managing laboratory operations. ClientConnect can be configured to meet your specific needs—with a variety of alternatives for the information presented to your clients.
At the heart of the application there are four primary areas of value for your clients:
- In-process sample status
- Real-time test results (even before final report)
- Downloadable final reports and EDDs
- Other downloadable files such as invoices
With password-based access, clients view or print work order status and details, and download, print or email reports and EDDs.
ClientConnect can be managed locally or hosted by Promium.
