Project Management

Integration with Contact Manager

Key client account information is integrated with Microsoft Office Outlook with Business Contact Manager. This capability enables laboratory sales and business development teams to create new accounts, and manage business contacts and opportunities, and then import them as Clients, Client Managers and Bids into Element.

Bid to Project

For commercial labs that generate bids, Element quickly converts those bids into projects without additional data entry. Additionally, Element offers various options for work scheduling and defining invoicing parameters.

Project Templates

Store specific information about Clients and their samples. By using project definitions the LIMS can manage the customer’s sampling events from specific sample point data through the reporting requirements, including permit levels and special QC limits. Parent Projects can also be setup and used as templates for one or more child projects.
