Audit trail

Element creates an audit trail on all transactions—tracking who, what, and when. There are three simultaneous global audit trails, 1) tracking changes to analytical data, 2) tracking changes to non-analytical items such as clients, projects and work orders, and 3) a qualifier audit trail which records changes to the flags assigned to analytical data.

Quality Administration

Permission based access is provided to selected individuals in Quality Assurance to create and manage Minimum Detection Limits, Minimum Reporting Limits, upper and lower limits and notification flags.

Embedded Documentation and Procedures

Element provides the ability for Quality Standards and process documentation to be uploaded and managed in the system to achieve good laboratory practices and comply with industry accreditation requirements.
